A magazine is an experiment and it represents a new focus, a new ratio between commerce and intellect.
Pictoreal is one of the non-technical clubs in PICT. At Pictoreal, we create and publish an annual magazine of PICT with unique themes every year. Pictoreal organizes several enthusiastic events throughout the year to boost creative minds. The club always focuses on promoting one’s skills in literature, design, and photography. The club always supports individuals to build practical skills like event management, public oration, teamwork, and much more. To enhance one's productive skills, we organize multiple events like Pics-o-Reel, an annual art and photography exhibition-cum-competition where students can showcase their art pieces, and Manthan, an event to promote public speaking skills which consists of mini-events like extempore, debates, group discussions, etc. Pictosocial, a subgroup of Pictoreal believes the culture in PICT to lose ourselves in the service of others until we discover our own lives and our happiness. To promote the same, we organize events like Tree plantation drives, blood donation and Monetary donation drives, and Old-age home or Orphanage visits. To guide and communicate with students in remote areas, we organize Career counselling sessions. Here at Pictoreal, we try to step forward, reach out and help the students in PICT unleash their creative side.

Career Guidance
Team Picto Social successfully conducted the career guidance event of the club on the 6th of January 2023 at Yashwantrao Chavan Madhyamik Vidyalaya, with the aim of raising awareness among underprivileged students about various career options that are available and upcoming. The event inspired students from the next generation to forge their own paths in life and pursue their chosen vocations.

Manthan
Manthan is a platform that encourages PICTians to express their thoughts and imaginative skills through public speaking. The event consisted of two rounds, held on October 25, 2022. Participants showcased their ability to captivate the audience with the sheer power of a single, well-curated sentence, elevating this year's highly anticipated edition of Manthan to a new level of exhilaration and enjoyment.

Pics-O-Reel
Pics-O-Reel, an art and photography exhibition-cum-competition, was organized to provide the students of PICT with a chance to showcase their artistic talents and celebrate their creativity. The event took place on 17th February 2023, and it received a staggering total of 360+ entries this year! The results were announced on 25th February, with the winners determined by tallying the votes for all the submissions. The entries that received the highest number of votes were declared the winners.

Blood Donation
Team Pictoreal, in collaboration with NSS, meticulously organized a blood donation camp at the PICT campus on 15th February 2023, in partnership with the esteemed Poona Serological Institute Blood Bank. This flagship event witnessed an extraordinary response, surpassing expectations and amplifying the impact of our collective efforts. The primary objective of this noble initiative was to fulfill our inherent responsibility of contributing to the welfare of society.

Donation Drive
Pictoreal organized its annual Donation Drive for Vol '24, reflecting its commitment to serving the underprivileged. The drive received generous contributions from students and staff, including monetary donations, clothes, footwear, bags, and books. A closing ceremony was held to distribute the donations among three beneficiary NGOs, amplifying the impact of Pictoreal's generosity.

BE Photoshoot
Amidst great anticipation, the much-awaited BE Photoshoot unfolded on Saturday, April 12th, 2023, as Team Pictoreal and a staggering gathering of eight hundred BE students converged on the campus, graced by the esteemed presence of faculty and staff, creating a memorable atmosphere.

Parichay
Parichay, a cherished annual event orchestrated by Pictoreal, unfolded on the 7th of December 2022, with the noble objective of acquainting the new FEs with the club, imparting crucial information, and extending a warm invitation to join the vibrant Pictoreal family.

Ayodha Charitable Trust Visit
On the 15th of October 2022, a group of 29 volunteers from PictoSocial visited Ayodhya Charitable Trust School for specially-abled students with the aim of participating in the school's daily activities and engaging with both the students and staff. The visit lasted for three hours, providing the volunteers with an invaluable opportunity to interact with over 80 specially-abled students spanning different age groups.

Interviews
This year, our first interviewee was Arsh Goyal, a technogeek, famous youtube educator and a Software Engineer at Samsung. This interview was conducted on 30th December 2022.
We had our 2nd interview of Retd. Major Gen. Yash Mor. The interview was exceptionally great. It was an amazing experience for us, lot of things to learn from his thoughts, the leadership qualities he has, his strategies, etc.
